Hope you had a great Thanksgiving! I think I might still be recovering from Thanksgiving. Hosting a holiday dinner at nearly 39 weeks pregnant may have been a little ambitious, but we survived!I served this Sparkling Cranberry Apple Cider mocktail with appetizers on Thanksgiving Day, but it will be great throughout the holiday season. We actually had it on Saturday brunch as well and I thought it was the perfect complement to the pumpkin waffles I made!
I’m counting down the days until I can trade in mocktails for cocktails, but I was surprised how much everyone liked it sans alcohol. I think it would taste even better if you swapped the ginger ale for champagne, but let’s be honest I think most things are better with champagne. 🙂 Cheers!
